Client Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

All banking activities are conducted in accordance with applicable financial regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. Clients may be required to provide documentation to support compliance obligations.

Use of Digital Services

Access to online banking platforms is granted subject to adherence to security protocols and acceptable use standards. Unauthorized access, misuse of systems, or attempts to compromise platform integrity are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of access.

Fees and Charges

Applicable fees, commissions, and charges are disclosed in relevant service agreements or product documentation. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding all associated costs prior to engaging in financial transactions or services.

Limitation of Liability

Montoro Private Bank exercises due care in the delivery of services; however, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. The bank is not responsible for losses arising from market fluctuations, external system failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Confidentiality

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality and managed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Disclosure may occur only where required by law or with client authorization.

Amendments

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising in connection with banking services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts within Italy.
